A shared stage with a large table and kitchen utensils at the centre. Round the table are three actors busy getting dinner ready. They all tell stories of insigni cant failures and ongoing anxieties. The performance will include a dinner. And before it begins, from 7pm to 8.45pm, aperitifs will be served courtesy of the ‘Masters of Taste’.
A triumph of meat courtesy of I Binari del Gusto, accompanied by heirloom corn products by the Torino DOC cellar of Caretto, which will also serve its wines from the Canavese district of Piedmont. To round off the event, spumante sorbet with strawberries and plain chocolate ice cream with spices from Gelateria Ciacci.
