Ris-Otto Chef in Turin’s Galleria Umberto I


In the atmospheric setting of Turin’s Galleria Umberto I arcade, eight chefs will present as many dishes made with Baraggia rice, one of the chief ingredients in Bocuse d’Or Europe 2018 contest. The end result will be a unique and fascinating all-rice dinner – from antipasto through rst and main courses to dessert – served with wines from the province of Turin.
