Food waste is an issue close to all our hearts. We often ask how we can learn to cook sustainably, avoiding waste and making the most of what’s left in our pantries. Here four chefs will show us how to x a ‘ ve-star’ dinner with ingredients close to their sell-by date. The sustainable dishes will be served at 8.30pm.
