Daring Duos! Piedmontese liqueurs meet tea. Let yourself be guided


Here Master of Taste Claudia Carità will have fun with the Elixir Bernard line of liqueurs, combining tea leaves with the herbs and flowers that grow, wild or cultivated, in the Piedmontese Alps.  During the event, Sara Valentino, a member of ONAF, the Italian National Cheese Tasters’ Organisation, will present and guide a tasting of Castelmagno, the PDO Piedmontese cheese documented since 1277, and one of the three foods selected this year for the Bocuse d’Or. Matias Griffa, bartender at the historic Caffè Elena, will round off the proceedings with a specially created cocktail in which he’ll attempt to strike a new balance between Bernard infusions and tea.
